Careoline-Charlotte has worked for over 25 years developing a wealth of business skills and creating models of success.  Her focus for the last 15 has been in the resource recovery industry, specialising in the implementation of winning waste minimisation solutions for businesses.

JAMES MICHAEL Creative Director

 James has over 10 years experience in facilitating education workshops

and leadership events. He is a inspiring public speaker who delivers dynamic presentations on sustainability in schools and businesses, empowering people to become 'kaitiaki' leaders of Aotearoa.


His passion is inspiring people to "Be Creative to Change the World"

and believes that creativity and innovation are keys to a sustainable future. 



Steve Wilson knows what he’s doing when it comes to community composting operations and abundant organic gardens.  Steve is the founder of  Te Rito Gardens  - an organisation based in Porirua that teaches the  community how to grow organic food and live sustainably.


Steve is our advisor for on-site composting installations and leads staff education workshops on composting and gardening .




Yolande is our Kapiti based Consultant who guides your gardeners and eco rangers through the steps to composting success.  Her abundant energy lights up everyone she comes into contact with.


Yolande also transforms local gardens by providing a gardening service through her business Nurture Nature.




Mike Glazebrook is the owner of BioRich, a Hawkes Bay business that turns nearly 50,000 tonnes of organic material that would otherwise be wasted, or causing pollution, into rich compost.


Mike brings over 21 years organic waste recycling experience to Organic Wealth and is our business mentor and advisor in relation to large scale waste minimisation projects.




Alicia is based in Porirua and has with a solid background of waste minimisation education expertise.  She is a qualified teacher and her simple education methods support staff through the important behavioural change period.


Alicia Rich also helps Porirua school gardens to flourish by providing food garden education.  The School Garden Club is a partnership between Porirua City Council Zero Waste and Commonsense Organics.
